(b) Conditions under which a refund may be obtained for purchased goods;

(c) The specified time frame for canceling orders.

While we make every effort to facilitate returns, refunds, and cancellations on our website, certain restrictions are in place to fulfill our business, legal, and contractual obligations. Eligible Returns:

You may return a product under the following circumstances:

 

(a) Receipt of a faulty or defective product (e.g., damaged or leaked attar bottle)

(b) Receipt of a product different from your order;

(c) Receipt of a product that looks different from its appearance;

(d) Delivery of a product not in the exact size ordered;

Return Exclusions:

The following products cannot be returned:

 

(a) Used, worn, washed, or soiled items;

(b) Branded items with a broken seal, unless compensation is provided;

(c) Consumable products with a broken seal, unless compensation is provided

(d) Caps ordered in the wrong size;

(e) Products ordered during sale or discount periods.

 

Conditions for Returns:

 

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

 

(a) Return products in their original condition with all accompanying items such as bills, tags, and labels;

(b) Products must be in their original, unsoiled form;

(c) Intact brand packaging;

(d) Replacement is subject to product availability on the website at the time of processing.

Refund Eligibility:

To raise a dispute, contact us on WhatsApp at +919819213165 within 3 days of product receipt, providing the product name/image, order ID, and a detailed description of the concern. Disputes raised after 3 days will be addressed by the Attarroma team, and the product must be sent back within 7 days.

Cancellation Policy:

(a) Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours

(b) Orders not dispatched can be canceled at our discretion if you inform us in a timely manner.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing mistakes or out-of-stock situations.
